When Talwelin was a child, she was part of a noble Altmer family. Her mother and father, both war veterans, turned from their earlier careers as soldiers to explorers and adventurers. Talwelin was often left home with relatives as her parents sought riches and glory, searching Skyrim for new and wondrous locations. Due to her heritage and wealthy family, she was trained in the fighting arts from a young age. Talwelin dreamed the dream of most children. She wished with all her heart that when she came of the proper age and training, she could join her parents in their adventures.
Sadly, her dreams were shattered when her parents never returned from a previously undiscovered Dwemer ruin. A party of adventurers was sent inside to find them and only one of them returned with the story of Dwemer automatons and corpses everywhere. Talwelin was now alone. She vowed to continue her training and resume the work of her parents. As she got older her skills improved to the point that her teachers told her that they could offer no further training as she had reached the limits of their own skills.









Talwelin set off for the very Dwemer ruin her parents had perished in. For a time no one heard from her and it was assumed she had suffered the same fate. She then surfaced in Markarth at Arnleif and Sons Trading Company. She sold an enormous amount of Dwemer relics and parts from automatons and wore a shining suit of armor made from Dwemer technology. When the owner of the establishment asked her where she had been and what had happened, Talwelin only gave a brief response. “I finished the job,” she said with a pretty grin on her face.
From this point forward, Talwelin used Markarth as her base of operations for her adventuring business. She is one of the most knowledgeable adventurers when it comes to Dwemer and giant-type creatures. She has a fierce dislike of Dwemer automatons and will kill them on sight.

Essential, won’t break stealth, can be married
Talwelin carries two Dwemer relics - a puzzle cube and a Dwemer Medical Kit. These items must remain in her inventory for her special abilities to function. Because she solved these Dwemer Mysteries, she is able to use them when no one else can.

Weapons
Ancient Blade of Judgement: A sword Talwelin found deep in a Dwemer ruin. Old notes found in the same ruin indicated that the sword fell from the stars. The sword is enchanted with shock damage and never runs out of charge (relic status).
